B.A. Scott is an educator, mentor, entrepreneur, and community leader with a passion for helping people discover purpose and reach their full potential. With more than 17 years of experience in education, student development, and behavioral health, he has dedicated his career to empowering others through mentorship, advocacy, and innovative learning experiences. Holding a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Education, B.A. has served in a variety of leadership roles focused on student success, special education, instructional design, and behavioral support, always striving to create environments where individuals feel valued, supported, and equipped to succeed.
Outside of his professional career, B.A. is deeply committed to ministry, community engagement, and entrepreneurship. He is the founder of a parachurch organization dedicated to serving communities and fostering authentic relationships, and is preparing to launch The Father’s House Virginia to create meaningful spiritual community for young adults and families. As the creative force behind several lifestyle and apparel brands, B.A. uses fashion, writing, and storytelling to inspire people to embrace growth, authenticity, and hope. Through every endeavor, his mission remains the same: to help people grow, heal, and become the best version of themselves.
