B.A. Scott is a communicator, mentor, and community–builder with a heart for helping people grow. With experience in higher education, mental health support, and nonprofit leadership, he brings a rare blend of compassion, clarity, and practical wisdom to every room he enters.
As the leader of HOPECITY VA—a young adult parachurch ministry—B.A. is passionate about creating spaces where people can encounter Jesus, find belonging, and discover their purpose. He is committed to serving his city through community outreach, small–group discipleship, and worship experiences that draw people closer to God.
Beyond ministry, B.A. has worked closely with students with emotional and behavioral challenges, guiding them toward stability, confidence, and healthier systems for success. His voice reflects a deep belief that faith is not just taught but lived—through love, service, and everyday courage.
